YUMMY TUMMY BUTTER
In the olden days the people had no electricity so they had to use churns to make the butter. In room 10 we made home made butter and we compared it to bought butter.
⭐WHAT YOU NEED:
*250 ml of cream
* electric mixer
*1 tea spoon of salt
*spatula
*Air tight container
Method:
* First of all pour the cream in a bowl.
*mix the cream on medium until it is fluffy whipped cream
*It will look like stiff peeks
*Continue mixing it until it looks like cottage cheese.
*the cream will have a little bit liquid water in it .it is called butter milk
*to get the water out clump the butter together and then the water will come out
* keep on squeezing it
*throw the milky water away
*and then wash butter two times until the water looks transparent
*put it in a air tight container
*and put in the freezer
