  1. હેલ્લો Ronak,

Well done on completing your first Summer Learning Journey activity. I really like the picture that you've used here, there's so much detail in it. Did you know though, that Maui isn't just Māori? In fact he's present in all of Polynesian mythology. For example, in the movie Moana, Maui is actually Hawaiian. Within Polynesia we all have different versions of him— isn't that awesome?
Maybe next time you could give us more information about these facts that you've provided. For example, what bone did Maui use to hunt the fish? And what fish was it?
Also, why did he want to slow down the sun? There are video's that you can watch to find out more, this video is my favourite:

Keep up the good blogging Ronak, I look forward to reading more.

Well done on blogging your first Summer Learning Journey post! Awesome picture, that’s fantastic! What did you think of Maui’s brother when they wouldn’t let him go fishing with them? What do you think Maui would have been feeling at that time? I reckon he would have felt a bit left out…

Don’t forget to check out your classmate’s blogs. Copy this link into your URL bar for the live feeds. Happy blogging!
